After providing successful training Organization should organize internal certification by conducting tests on that particular skills as it will act as a plus point for both Organization & employees.

My experience shows E learning or video packages of various scenarios/case studies is the best option.It sud be available in SAP platform or certain central repository of the organisation where people can access when needed .This sud be preceded by formal hands on training once

As mentioned is previous posts, we established a sustainment network of business process super users who were SAP savvy and acted as liaisons between the business and IT. This network allowed for the demonstration of new SAP functionality, fit/gap analysis, and ultimately adoption/ rejection decisions. They would obtain approvals from their senior management and be point people for all aspects of implementation and sustainment.
