Business rules can be set up to trigger actions like task delegation to another user in case of the former user's absence. Once a task is completed, a notification and required documents are sent to the user responsible for the next sequential task. These notifications are received on mobile or non-mobile devices. Activities can also be automated like robotic process automation of bill processing. Only bills with incomplete data need to be completed and posted by an ERP user.
