In my previous firm, During the walkthrough inspection, it was observed that the daycare center was using outdated fluorescent lighting fixtures throughout the facility. These fixtures were not only consuming more energy but also required frequent replacement due to shorter lifespans. As part of the energy audit, it was recommended to upgrade the lighting to energy-efficient LED fixtures. A cost-benefit analysis was conducted, which revealed that despite the initial investment in LED lighting, the long-term energy savings and reduced maintenance costs would result in significant cost savings for the daycare center.

2 Implement energy-saving measures

Based on the results of your energy audit, you can implement various energy-saving measures in your daycare center.
