I've had the opportunity to get 360 feedback and do many personality tests. Being open to the results and owning your weaknesses is part of growing and developing oneself. Furthermore to this, I've been pretty transparent with my team. I've shared my strengths and my weaknesses and I've asked them to help me grow and improve. It's created a climate of trust and open conversation which is much needed to have a growth mindset.
