On many occasions, I share personal stories because they are relatable and remind us that we are all human.

Choosing the type of story so that it can gather all your energy and reach the depths of the listeners is not like choosing an outer dress. It is an internal search for one's own way of narrating and allowing others to come into contact with one's experience.

When I do training courses, I make sure to include as many stories from my own experience as possible. Because these are always the most exciting! Have the courage to report on both good and bad experiences! That's super important!

Constantly train yourself to build stories, it is an important exercise that you can also use to summarize what happens to you even if you don't need to tell it to others. The first recipient of your story is you. To tell it in public, practice not only the technical elements (which are certainly important and necessary) but above all find that naturalness and constant contact with yourself that allows you to appear authentic, direct and coherent. Let other people, friends, etc. listen to you. ask for feedback. Record audio or video and analyze the result. Even if you are not "perfect" in technical skill, if you find naturalness, you will be very effective and will be able to reach people.

Stimulate my senses, zoom in on important details, zoom out on the storyline, the plot thickens and variation in your tone of voice and make the story flow. Think of your story as if you where telling us a movie.
