One thing I have found helpful in maintaining data quality is to; 1. Ensure everyone who works on the data collection feed are trained and competent in data management. By that token, chances are that the data quality will be maintained. Everyone on the team should know what the objective exercise of data collection, credible sources for the collection, the standardize format for collection and data entry, and maintain access control only within the team. 2. Data check - Watch out for alignment of ranges, format, and applied formula, which are potential sources of errors and inconsistencies that may render the data invalid. 3. Depending on the frequency of data entries, do data audit at intervals so as to spot and correct any anomaly
