Seek professional assistance is the biggest thing I can recommend based on experience. Don’t try and do it all internally as you will always have a blind spot that can often prove fatal. Use a third party who is both experienced, qualified, and skilled in this area. It may cost you extra now however that is much more preferable than the potential for loss if you get it wrong.
