I would like to add a couple of insights here: Effective product launches is another measure of APQP's impact, measuring the rate of compliant launches before and after implementing APQP, engineers can assess the impact of APQP in addressing quality and design aspects. Employee feedback is also valuable when measuring APQP's benefits. Receiving feedback from employees involved in APQP implementation and daily manufacturing operations allows for an assessment of their satisfaction levels, improved work processes, and the ease of detecting and addressing quality issues.
