If you are being micromanaged due to sponsors/clients worrying about timing, manage expectations with a trial or pilot that delivers most of the value. If the customers have a limited budget, try segregating product tiers. That may also help adjust pricing and effort later. If the scope is too big and forces too many meetings and/or participants to keep track of all factors, don't be a Rambo: split, delegate, or sell a solution that has been done before.

Ocorre muito que, geralmente, os usuários não têm uma visão ainda completa do que será desenvolvido. É neste momento que o designer, mais experiente, deve orientar, previnindo sobre as situações mais comuns que ele já vivenciou e determinando a sua autonomia baseada neste futuro que ele já visualiza. Por exemplo: um processo de compras vai passar por aprovações do RH e diretoria, muito comum que o designer precise de autonomia na intermediação entre departamentos.
