In order to ensure a smooth adoption of the solution, it is first necessary that the end users of the solution, feel heard in their needs, that the needs are collected, understood and taken into consideration in the choice of the solution itself. If some needs are not considered in the new LMS, it would be necessary to explain clearly and in a transparent manner the choices that were made and why (not part of the P0 needs or another argument) and try to support these users in covering their needs in a different way. Once this part done, the second will consist of supporting them with training, workshops per personas, Q/A sessions, regular meeting ...etc.

Overcoming this resistance requires a combination of effective communication, involvement, training, and addressing concerns. Part of these can be attributed to the Training Needs analysis approach: 1. Have we clearly communicated the purpose? 2. Which business partners did you include that will have the biggest impact? 3. What amount of logistical training and support did you come up with? 4. What issues/concerns have we anticipated and how fast can we address them? 5. What is the buy-in and readiness level of our impacted audience? 5. WIIFM: What success stories/went wells on the implementation of the process? 6. How will we monitor the progress and what continency plan can we leverage if things go wrong?

When introducing something new, like LMS, we need to explain why we're doing it and what we hope to achieve. We all have access to research that shows how using an LMS can make teaching and learning better. These research papers can be found easily on Google scholar or Academia. These research studies have real numbers and facts that prove it works.

I agree with the perspectives here--and I know that instead of having a "we have to do this" attitude, displaying an attitude of excitement for the streamlining of everyone's work must be kept as a leader. Initially, sure--it's kind of time consuming to learn, to implement, to debug--but eventually, we are all winners because we will all benefit from efficiencies gained.

Identify the individuals that will resist the change the most - bring them in early and leverage their knowledge, skills and point of view to build solutions that incorporate their viewpoints early.

Pilot Test: Conduct a pilot test with a small group of users to identify and address any issues before full implementation. Use their feedback to refine the system and build confidence.
