These are all great tips for prepping for an interview around neural nets. I think the main thing that's missing from these is the actual production aspect. If you're an engineer that has worked with neural nets in production, you know that training is only a small part of how we actually work with these. In my time working on AutoML at Amazon and running my own NLP API, the number one thing that I learned about neural nets is that deployment, maintenance, and observability are the toughest parts. First of all, neural nets are generally pretty big, so you need to find an instance that has enough memory. On top of that, you need to make sure it continues to perform well in terms of latency, throughput, and accuracy.
