Are there misaligned expectations, unclear priorities, or communication breakdowns? By understanding the underlying issues, the agile leader can facilitate a more targeted approach to conflict resolution, addressing the core problems and preventing future clashes.

Provide clear goals and boundaries: Outline the overall product vision and desired outcomes, but give the team the autonomy to choose "how" they achieve them. Facilitate communication and collaboration: Encourage open communication within the team and between the team and the PO. Remove roadblocks: If the team encounters impediments hindering their progress, the Scrum Master can help remove them by providing resources, facilitating communication with stakeholders, or resolving external dependencies.
