There's nothing worse than sweet feeling of your own truth and blindly overlooking red flags indicating that something is not right. This process can be really lengthy and exhausting. But at the end of it, there is a real reward - confirmation of the thesis and the beginning of a great development and implementation phase.

Prototypes are cool but don't forget to include some form of measurement. How will you know if your prototype is successful or not? Are you trying to decrease: - level of effort? - time to solve the problem? - save money? Before you develop your prototype, you can tackle measurement by establishing what was success before? and then after using your prototype?
