There are some really cool visualizations to understand neural network performance. If you're using TF, Tensorboard is great for feature maps or visualizing the training summary but they can be computationally heavy. VisualKeras is great for customization but they're limited to the keras model. ANN viz is light, but it doesn't have as many features as VisualKeras. If using pytorch, try torchviz. It visualizes the architecture, layer types, and connections very well. Some general purpose ones like matplotlib, sns and plotly can create good visualizations to interpret the model but it's also challenging to visualize high-dimension data with these libraries. More extensive visualizations = Higher computation. So have to balance the trade-offs.
