Problem solving to create inclusive and collaborative models starts with understanding in first place the inhibitors or potential inhibitors for inclusion and collaboration in a modern workplace that is remote, full of people with diverse and varied experiences and perspectives. Once you understand that, then you can determine how to frame the problem. Often I find people jumping into the how part of problem solving without spending adequate time to define the problem from multiple perspectives. I think having focus on defining the problem correctly is the first step to determine appropriate models to address the underlying human factors at play
