How do you assign cloud computing roles in your team?

Its very basics for architect to keep the design which should cover the Scalability , reliability and the list go on. Apart from that they should also bring in these factor mentioned below. Cloud Agnostic: I felt Cloud architect should not be depend on certain cloud service provider. Cost Optimization : They should have continuous monitoring and continuous change to bring the cost downsizing for the organization. Continuous Learning: Architect should have a habit of continuous learning across the technologies and tools to bring cutting edge solution to meet business need. Last part is about automation, when we designing solution keep considering the automation. It will bring huge difference in terms of time and efficiency

Three key skills which I believe one should have to become apart from technical skills are: 1. Problem-solving skills. Cloud architects need to be able to identify and solve problems in complex cloud environments. 2. Communication skills. Cloud architects need to be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. 3. Collaboration skills. Cloud architects often work with other IT professionals, such as developers, system administrators, and security engineers. They need to be able to collaborate effectively to deliver cloud solutions.

Cloud engineers are responsible for the technical aspects of designing, building, and maintaining cloud computing systems. They work with cloud platforms and services to develop and implement cloud solutions, and to manage and optimize cloud environments. They're not are responsible for the overall design and architecture of cloud solutions.

Cloud administrators are responsible for the day-to-day management of cloud computing systems. They work with cloud platforms and services to provision resources, monitor performance, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that cloud environments are secure.

Cloud analysts are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on cloud computing data. They use this data to help businesses make informed decisions about their cloud computing deployments.

Key factors involved in assigning cloud roles are: Skills and experience: The person should have the necessary skills and experience for the role they are being assigned. Interests and goals: The person should be interested in the role they are being assigned and have goals that align with the role. Personality and fit: The person should have a personality and fit that is compatible with the role they are being assigned. Organizational needs: The role should be assigned in a way that meets the organizational needs. For example, if the organization is looking to expand its cloud computing capabilities, then a cloud architect may be a good fit.
