Confirming the top 3-5 must-haves, confirming the flex / bend points of a candidates skill-set, the level of experience, & then finally listening to said Manager for little tid-bits / points they may throw you in the calibration process to help you key-in on what a candidate might say are extremely important before you go to the market for profiles.
