In my experience this leads to not just increased happiness and inner peace in you, but the team. All too often I've noticed leaders think and say one thing and act on another, or never act on some. Others don't know the real difference between a white lie, or a forgotten promise and a larger one. This includes all levels of the organization. From finances, sales and marketing to board of directors, advisors, cashiers, janitors, and assistants. This isn't binary and either on or off. This is a spectrum. The more This occurs the safer people will feel and also more motivated to want to contribute their thoughts.
