How do you foster a culture of open communication in your team?

Em todas as minhas atuações como líder e gestora, principalmente em setores de comunicação, aprendi que o principal ponto é passarmos o exemplo, a atitude, e isso precede em muito a fala ou as palavras. Se como líderes conseguimos mostrar para a equipe que a comunicação será horizontal, de forma justa e sempre aberta, todos se sentirão mais à vontade. Quando deixamos claro que é permitido opinar, independentemente do cargo, passamos a ideia de que somos abertos e estamos dispostos a gerar soluções para melhor equilíbrio da equipe, bem estar e, claro, nos resultados.

Sin prejuicios, aunque suena sencillo pero requiere que apagues tu propia voz y dejes oir la de tu equipo incluso si ésta no es la que te gusta, más bien con mucho esfuerzo abre tu mente a una verdad compartida, ser absoluto a pesar de tener la razón sino la sabes desplegar pierdes una gran oportunidad.
