Just to be provocative, maybe, but I'm not a fan of "learning styles". Empirical evidence is still lacking. The concept overly simplified the complexity. It tends to have too much focus on content and formats and media types. An it often leads to applying an incorrect solution. Much of this is more closely aligned to adult education and workforce development.

There will be a significant AI/GenAI play here regarding evaluation, and related analytics and shared insights. Much of this comes down to one word: Data. GPTs and LLMs and future state "evaluation" agents will be doing much deeper and more robust analysis than current state, for the most part. Further, as systems become more interoperable, we will be able access data from many sources, in addition to learning systems, such as ERP and CRM. This latter point is important as we need more "business proof" that the learning was not only Applied, but that is made an impact on the business.
