As these software had very advance feature. In 3 axis all software are good but in continues 5axis works needs perfect axis simulation.

This is a luxury that I haven’t experienced. I have to write 3 and 4 axis tool paths off of my head. CAM is expensive software that many shops don’t feel the need to invest in. Especially when they have people on board who can do it without the aid of CAM.

Creating good CAM program is very essential. For that you have to convert CAD into machine language and this is where most optimization is required.

This is out of order. Complex shapes can require complex fixtures. Fixtures need to be rigid to hold the part securely while allowing access to the areas which need machined. This should all be sorted out long before you attempt to make a program. You may plan to machine a feature that is now inaccessible on this operation due to the fixture. Definitely DO NOT WAIT to design your fixture until after you have created the machining program. This is a recipe for failure.
