En mi experiencia la mejor formación independiente de la que una persona pueda tener para aprender como cursos o videos, es estudiar la historia o ticket que esta testeando y preguntar al equipo que lo desarrollo como funciona como ellos probaron , como se enfocaron en ese desarrollo que se esta testeando, esa es la forma en la que mas uno aprende cuando comparte y le comparte conocimiento sobre lo que esta testeando. Así como el equipo debe ayudarse entre si para que el aprendizaje sea mas rápido desarrollando reuniones, capacitaciones, entre otros.
