Follow ups is very important indeed. Here’s what I do usually to keep everything on track : 1. Prioritize and Categorize -> Know the key deadlines and milestones for each client, and allocate time based on their priority. 2. Scheduling -> The most basic tool can be used is Google Calendar (and effective!). But you can also use advanced / project tools. Don’t forget to break down tasks. 3. Regular check ins -> Arrange brief weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with each client to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on expectations. All in all, pay attention to detail, be consistent, and be sincere to all clients!

My best friend is my calendar, when I block something off on my calendar it becomes priority. So setting aside devoted time and different time frames for different clients is valuable. I use to do and tasks apps that keep me headed in the right direction and one the right train track. I will change up my times because I like the thought of being flexible and not tying down certain times each day. For me, it keeps me on my toes.
