Our sales team interact on a daily basis with the market, and provide useful information that can orientate our thoughts on trends. Keeping up means sharing best practices, informations of interest found in the market, listening actively, and asking probing questions. With that, it is necessary to feedback and incorporate the data into our strategies.

One of the most successful and fun environments to learn about market trends is having an all-day conference-styled event. You bring in speakers who talk about the new trends and the employees can engage with the speakers and each other. You give the employees gift baskets of some products they can test at home. The event would bring a fun environment and a day-off feeling for your team which can rejuvenate them and inspire them for the rest of the week.
