Enfrentei esse desafio algumas vezes e, em todos os casos, foi importante entender o nível técnico desse profissional em comparação ao time. Isso nos permitiu definir ações mais precisas. A primeira atenção deve ser dada à construção de metas. Elas precisam ser claras e alcançáveis, ajudando a desenvolver confiança para os próximos desafios. Eu sempre designo um mentor (um verdadeiro Yoda) para o novo membro do time. Alguém mais experiente que possa oferecer suporte, orientação adequada e compartilhar boas práticas. Vale lembrar que é essencial celebrar cada evolução e corrigir cada tropeço. Isso traz uma sensação de pertencimento, promove a excelência nos resultados e garante aderência à cultura de alta performance.

A adaptação é um processo que exige suporte. Primeiro, associo o novo membro a um mentor que não só ensine, mas seja um exemplo prático da cultura de alto desempenho. Depois, defino metas iniciais acessíveis, criando confiança e senso de progresso. Também faço check-ins regulares para ouvir desafios e oferecer suporte. Uma vez, ajudei um vendedor iniciante sugerindo que ele participasse de reuniões com clientes ao lado de veteranos. Essa imersão prática foi fundamental para seu crescimento, e em pouco tempo ele já trazia resultados sólidos. Integração bem planejada transforma desafios em conquistas!

1. Detailed training of product, organisation culture & expectations from sales team members : It should be well thought out & sufficient time to spend on imparting training to new recruits 2. On the job training ( Buddy concept ) : New recruit need to work with an experinced sales team member and should be under-study him to work in all kinds of situation / environment & senior need to guide / mentor him properly before he starts working on his own 3.
