I would say conflicts is a integral part of every project. To manage the conflict I follow below points 1. Create a open communication in the project by building trust and honesty, I understand which is very difficult. 2. Create a clear task and dependencies where could be less conflict. 3. If there is conflict, always coach and guide the team members on professionalism and team work.

In my opinion, personal conflicts are expected as part of large or small teams. They come for various reasons. The following approach may help: - Proactively educate members of the team and equip them on how to handle personal conflict. - Where needed equip them to ask for help and develop a support network that can help. - Where intervention is needed, provide the intervention to identify the cause of the challenge. - Once done, resolve the challenge if it is within your control or look for options to help - Where needed seek help from external sources to get it resolved. Sonner a situation is resolved, the better it is. It would be helpful for everyone.

-> As a project manager, I would meet with the individuals involved in a neutral setting to understand the root causes of the disagreement without escalating tensions. -> Act as a mediator, encouraging honest and respectful communication between conflicting parties to identify common ground. -> Good proposal could be to pair conflicting individuals on neutral tasks where they must cooperate, fostering mutual respect and teamwork. -> Finally, regularly check in with the team to ensure the conflict has been resolved and productivity has improved.

1. Communication: Encourage open, honest dialogue to address issues and misunderstandings. 2. Mediation: Facilitate neutral discussions to resolve conflicts impartially and collaboratively. 3.
