Leaders and managers must know that everything is a system, formal or not. Communication is a system and you're only going to get what the systems can deliver. Learn how to create systems that will give you and your people the outcomes you want--and fix systems that aren't doing that.

We want to delegate to those who can take right action on the systems. Only workers, the collective, can make the systems they work in visible and fix them. Same for creating new systems. If you're delegating in the C-suite, it's the same thing. Only the collective can create the systems to get the outcomes you want or solve problems. Delegating to people who can't solve systems problems is a waste of time. You're only going to get what the systems will deliver.

All conflicts are different fear-based thoughts, beliefs and memories created in individual minds. You can't fear your way through conflicts. You can, however, BE a catalyst for bringing systemic love to the group that will naturally resolve conflicts.

It is important to remember to prioritize your day. Too often managers operate from an urgent and important perspective always putting out fires.
