As a leader, you shouldn't wait for internal conflicts to impact your team and then start your actions (reactive approach) but to have right actions implemented so such situation never appears. Open and honest communication within your team and avoiding blame culture. R&R (roles & responsibilities) are well defined within your team with a clear overlapping of collaboration. Great results never come by an individual but the collective efforts as a team and this message, to be crystal clear within your team.

Next, I brought the team together for a solution-focused discussion, where they voiced concerns constructively. Instead of assigning blame, we aligned on a shared goal and how each member contributed to success. To rebuild trust, I initiated cross functional task forces, making conflicting members collaborate on a project with a common purpose. Recognizing small wins and reinforcing positive interactions helped reset the team’s energy. Transparency, fairness, and shared accountability ensured lasting harmony.
