Una transformación Lean es una iniciativa estratégica que debe permearse a todos los niveles de la organización. Como todo proceso de cambio, seguirá la curva donde se enfrente a la frustración, stress, negación, y para mantener al equipo motivado, debemos de tener un plan de administración del cambio, e implementar acciones eficaces que ayuden a pasar ese proceso. Si las acciones no están funcionando hacer un análisis de causa Raíz. Acciones eficaces se basan en comunicación asertiva y frecuente, programas de reconocimiento, y capacitación.

Com base na minha experiência, considero de extrema relevância manter um canal de comunicação sempre aberto, permitindo que os colaboradores expressem suas opiniões e sugiram melhorias. Nos projetos que liderei, percebi que incentivar a participação ativa dos colaboradores fortalece o senso de pertencimento, o que, por sua vez, aumenta o engajamento de toda a equipe. Além disso, envolver representantes de cada setor em sessões de brainstorming agrega valor ao processo e contribui significativamente para a motivação e o alinhamento do time.
