When a pilot study is conducted to test a questionnaire, it is essential to ensure that the same set of researchers who conducted the pilot study are not used for administering the final questionnaire. This is because there is a high probability of the researchers having developed Bias due to knowing the outcome of the pilot study and the iterations. Sometimes they may also develop personal biases and opinions about certain questions in the questionnaire. This may severely affect the overall quality of output from administering the Final Questionnaire.
