I would also add for recruiters to look at the candidate's history with the company. Have they been interviewed before? Did they already speak with a hiring manager? Understanding their past candidate journey can also show empathy when reaching out again and acknowledging that they've interviewed with the company in the past, but would they be open to reconsidering the opportunity?

This is the easy part of the email, be clear, accurate and respectful with the call to action, ask a colleague for feedback before you send the message. Be careful when sharing a link from a meeting app and don't mix it with your original message in the same email, allow some spaces between paragraphs because these invitations are either loaded with unformatted text or uses a graphical component and both can be confusing for the client.
