What are the best prototyping tools for wireframes in Product Management?

If we are in the same room and want to quickly create a wireframe to test the idea then paper and pencil or a whiteboard with marker will work. If we need a similar one how it will look in production then figma will be good and anyone can learn quickly. It's all based on project needs along with the budget.

Cost: Consider the cost of the prototyping tool, including any subscription fees, licensing costs, or additional charges for premium features. Choose a tool that fits within your budget.

Figma is good. Sometimes PPT and paint also do well based on the requirement, budget and situation. When the need is small and is to make the other understand the requirement we can use any available to tool make quick prototypes.

For us Figma is the clear winner. The collaborativeness makes it so productive to get and give feedback as well as to increase the iteration speed. Another benefit is that Figma also offers a visual whiteboard solution (called FigJam) which helps to unify the tool stack and reduce context switching when going from concept to prototyping.

Adobe XD is the best tool I like. It provides options to enter the comments and maintain the versions. But it all depends on how complex the screen and the product you are working on. Most of the time I use Paint. Google Forms will provide some form capabilities. I used a tool called Microsoft Infopath and I liked the most.
