In interventional radiology, it is important to know what topics and procedures people are interested in. Not every IR doctor does every procedure. If you want to engage with the right KOLs, you need to make sure your interests are aligned.

Trust is lost by the bucketful and gained by the drop. One of the best ways to build trust with a KOL is to actively listen, take action items, and follow up. Consistently follow up on the items they talk about, even if it's not what they want to hear, and you will build trust. Ps. don't ever be dishonest. Even if the message is difficult, be transparent and honest.
