Dafür gibt es unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten. zB durch Gemeinsamkeiten. Gleiche Werte, Interessen, Motive, Hobbies etc. Gemeinsamkeiten schaffen auf unterbewussten Ebene sofort eine Verbindung. Zudem ist eine überzeugende Kommunikation ausschlaggebend. zb indem man aus der Perspektive des Gegenübers diverse Dinge beleuchtet, nicht nur aus der eigenen. Zeige auf, welchen Mehrwert er durch Dein Vorhaben hat.

One thing which I've found very useful is being honest about all the updates you are sharing to your senior's all the time having a transparent & honest approach goes a long way. Secondly having a data driven approach when you are sharing the reports or presenting something important to them so that they understand it properly and can take good key takeaways from your reports.
