What do you do if you have multiple speaking engagements and deadlines to manage?

The biggest pitfall to avoid is the most common: deciding you want to be as good as a highly trained presenter, but not as good. Wanting to be 7 out of 10 is a mistake. Sure, as a speaker, you might have some well-timed lines or an impressively designed PPT. But, it may not be so. Therefore, do not go before the audience unprepared. Simply getting through the presentation relatively unscathed is probably not a goal worthy of your ambitions.

This, in my opinion, is all about managing your time effectively. When juggling multiple speaking engagements and deadlines, here's how I ensure efficient time management: Time Blocking: I allocate specific time blocks for each speaking engagement and associated tasks. This dedicated focus ensures productivity and minimises distractions. Priority Setting: I prioritise engagements and deadlines based on their significance and urgency. This allows me to allocate time and resources efficiently, focusing on high-priority tasks first. That's it! Effective time management is absolutely key, I even have a 100 min kitchen timer which i use to time block (I pause it if my phone rings or if I go to make a coffee for example). Hope this helps!
