My first Mentor, Robert Marquardt in 1972, 1973, 1974 as a intern with the Sonar Signal Processing Group at General Electric was a lifelong friend. There are still times that I think about his positive influence on my career. There is no room for regret with anyone. The only thing forward in life and career is growth and flexibility, and our interactions with our own Mentee's.
