I learned this lesson the hard way! As a self-employed business professional, I learned that I am the brand! My customers don't care about the name of my company. They say, "Get Manny in here." Therefore, I wasted a lot of time, effort, and capital crafting and using a corporate name as opposed to simply using my name. Now, I learned my lesson and use my name as my brand.
