Speak to your client in person. You relate better and understand their requirements, budget and can also discuss how dates, times and various option changes can assist when it comes to a budget. Emailing backwards and forward can be time consuming and you can't form a proper bond with your client and understand their personal needs compared to a WhatsApp phone call.

Build your network! Like most industries, the tourism business is all about having the right (B2B) contacts and LinkedIn is one great platform to manage them. Make sure you always add new contacts after each mail, meeting or even casual encounter at fairs and events. Connect to your suppliers and clients to stay up to date and know what they do. It will help you in your day to day business and create business opportunities. I also suggest to link to all your own colleagues. Like this they will see your activity. Also some day you and or your colleagues may change jobs and they may be your future leads. I did it like that and now have a great network!
