During my research, I discovered that sourcing natural fibres as yarn in Malaysia is challenging. Consequently, I had to procure them from Bangladesh. Additionally, customising the handloom machine to suit our requirements for producing woven fabric proved time-consuming. These challenges underscored the importance of thorough risk assessment and planning to mitigate potential delays and ensure successful project outcomes.
