Auch kann es passieren, dass ein Netzwerk nicht zu einem passt. Dann nach dem passenden suchen. Genauso sieht es auch mit Mentoren aus, der eine passt für die einen super, aber man selbst kann nicht mit der Person. Dann auch ohne Scheu andere Mentorinnen suchen.

I'd document my progress and successes in CTFs, projects, and certifications like Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or CompTIA Security+. I am a woman in cybersecurity field. Being a fresher its really hard to get a job. As a beginner its a real struggle, I chose this field as I had a lot of interest, kindly do opt if you are interested only. Be confident, there will be a lot of things to face, be assertive, be strong and be you. Learn and practice, network, seek help, master skills , choose a domain, work for it. Set a plan of attainable skills, research well before each step. Gender and ethnicity should never matter when it comes to profession but there are times where a lot of discrimination happens especially will be paid too low like $100 per month despite being certified and possessing knowledge. Struggle is a real deal, and one day you will reach you aim, like I hope.

I would like to say that we are all the same but sadly, that isn’t the case still. Gender bias is still strong and it will not change soon. A really big problem is the mistification of tech in general. Demistifying tech and educating people on possible career paths in tech could change the gender representations in various fields and in that way, fight gender bias.
