Mas em algumas vezes já recebí um tipo de desafio por parte do entrevistador, principalmente quando é o dono da vaga. Coisas do tipo "me desculpe, mas não acredito que você vá conseguir". Nesse momento, com muita educação e firmeza, coloco-me como melhor opção e comprometo-me com os melhores resultados, mostrando confiança e empatia, sempre com uma postura de respeito ao ponto de vista do entrevistador. Considero importante conhecer, nem que por pesquisa preparatória, o tipo de empresa que está oferecendo a vaga. Cultura ou país de orígem (em caso de multinacionais) e até mesmo coletar impressões do dono da vaga, usando bem o network. As vezes, já nessa pesquisa, é possível saber se seremos assertivos o suficiente. Se a vaga/enrevista for para um tipo de empresa em que você se identifique, muito mais fácil e genuíno será seu poder de convencimento em demonstrar sua capacidade de adaptação e ajuste, às mudanças organizacionais que estão por vir. Identificar essas mudanças não é tão difícil. Saber se o que você está fazendo para se adaptar aos novos desafios, será suficiente para e manter alinhado, isso sim considero cerne da questão.
