What do you do if your assertiveness and confidence aren't shaping a user-centered approach in UED?
User Experience Design (UED) is a field that focuses on the creation of products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. It encompasses the design of the entire process of acquiring and integrating the product, including aspects of branding, design, usability, and function. Assertiveness and confidence are essential traits for UED professionals, as they often need to advocate for user needs and push for design decisions that prioritize the user experience. However, if these traits are not translating into a user-centered approach, it may be time to reassess your strategy.
