For example, ask them "We can increase your team's productivity by 25%, but to do it you need to invest 1 hour of your time per month for 1-2-1 check-ins. Does that sound reasonable?". You've highlighted the value, proposed the requirement, and given them the opportunity to make the decision knowing the value proposition.
