Break down the project‘s scope into deliverable that can be used by your customer if possible. Frequent review deliverables with your customer and make clear to be on track. On long running projects it is very likely that your customer will adjust the overall requirements. Often the final project scope will differ from the origin. Therefore it would be very helpful to have your customer as close as possible to accompany the project. Strive for „Customer Co-Creation“.
