Realizing that everyone has grown up in different socio-economic conditions, geographical conditions may have different views than others on a topic. I trust celebrating success and failures is an integral part of the team and it helps in : 1. Enhancing job satisfaction. I cannot imagine a workplace where everything is very dull and grey. I am ready to change jobs even if they pay me less but if they have a vibrant workspace and they celebrate both small successes and failures. 2. It motivates and reduces the attrition rate in a company. Celebration makes people happy and feels appreciated. And nobody wants to get away from happiness 3. Motivation leads to innovation.
