First is to contact your bank to block your channel. After that, you work with the bank to investigate any suspicious transaction. After successful investigation, you have to relaunch by deleting and reinstalling the app, do a new registration and get a new password and install two form factor security to protect your app against intrusion.

Two factor works best, if those 2 factors are on different devices - as this whole system was intended to be used. Havong both factors on your mobile phone still kind of works, but only if the devices sandboxing mechanism is not compromised. Having your password manager, your banking app and the second factor of your banking app (like mobile TAN) all on the same device is conventient, but not the highest level of security.
