Being a storyteller is my favorite way to engage the audience and capture their attention for longer spans, provided that the story does come up with as many insights as the twists. This does not mean a simple and short snippet from your observations or day-to-day life will not be acceptable, it simply means the way in which a story is shared and linked with the topic of discussion holds more value and helps your presentation to stand apart from others.

El humor no es siempre el recurso que se deba de usar, depende mucho de la audiencia y del propósito, pero es muy poderosos, ya que relaja la tensión, ayuda a empatizar, hace que sea más fácil de recordar y provoca emociones, sensaciones y experiencia. Una presentación con humor se hace más ligera, y divertida, lo que le hace más atractiva. Ojo no hay que abusar tampoco, ya que puede que a base de tanto golpe de efecto se quede sin contenido.

Humour is every speaker's best friend. Don't make it too slap-stick because some of the audience could be more conservative than you imagine. I had once made this mistake and a few people gave me a negative review. Though the larger part of the audience enjoyed laughs in various intervals. The serious band of few felt it was not required, and should have been a more serious 'motivating' talk. So, ever since I keep humour within bounds, enough to get everyone smiling, and a few laughing if they wish too. A tip: Sarcasm works really well, when it comes to motivational talk, especially when its playing the reverse psychology game!

This is my favorite way to have a boost of creativity, have some powerful questions about the topic and ask people, every time i have used it people get more interested and most of the answers open more questions and it turns into a great conversation. If it’s a big audience i prefer to make smalls groups so more people can participate and it takes less time.

Hacer partícipe a tu audiencia de tu discurso es muy interesante, ya que no solo ayuda a ,mantener la atención, sino que al participar se consideran parte el mismo. Es muy recomendable sobre todo en auditorios pequeños, donde puede haber una interacción directa, en formatos grandes, ya hay que recurrir al formato encuesta o disponer de medios adecuados para la interacción. Provocar la reacción y participación de la audiencia es un plus, ya que de lo contrario se convierte en un monólogo, lo cual, salvo que el orador sea muy bueno, es más complicado de seguir, así como de retener el mensaje.

If you feel like you need creativity then I'd recommend two things. First is invest in your mind, body, and spirit daily. When you do this you tend to have time where ideas can come to you. Second is to do creative things! Like paint, go to a comedy show, write a poem, etc.

In my view as a speaker you are on that stage for platform to inspire and motivate your audience right. While nobody knows your journey better than yourself while remember that how you can present the same story differently every time is a challenge for you this will help you for brainstorming and being creative every time this will help you as a person and also to develop your own personally as well as giving value to your audience with your experience Just remember after every session of your the audience should have one liner take away that that will enhance they are personality and skills

Do something outrageous and unexpected once I brought a guest it was a live chicken! Also ask the audience how they’re feeling and you want to know if someone feels lousy? Have fun with it. No fear!
