Ensuring that your Engineers secure their devices for remote work is essential. Not using public Wi-Fi networks, but home/trusted internet with a corporate VPN connection. Ensuring that their passwords are robust and change periodically, as well as testing them for phishing attempts so they are better prepared when they're remote.
