In my experience, if your public speaking skills are holding you back from career advancement, there are options out there to assist you. Online courses (like LinkedIn or Coursera) offer public speaking classes which can help. These courses offer great insight into how to improve your public speaking skills. Practice, practice, practice is key as well. As often as you can and in any place that you can, practice speaking in public. Stepping out of our comfort zones makes us stronger.

Few things which I ll do are: - Read a lot of literature on different cultures, history, psychology and autobiographies to enrich my knowledge - Do at least 3 practice sessions with your family and friends so as get an honest feedback - Once a session is done publicly revind, pause and play it to learn about public reactions towards your work.
