Appointing each member with different roles which is related to the topic research is a SMART approach.As a fresh graduate, I understand how stressful it is not to have clear roles and boundaries within research group members. Given that, each member will be Knowledgeable and responsible for one's individual commitment. Therefore, by the deadline the work will be finished and time will be lesser consumed.
